Breakfast With Friend And Festive Decorations At UTC, Ipoh.

Last Tuesday, 5th July we had a breakfast date with a foodie friend. She wanted to introduce hubby and I to a new place. It is the corner shop next to Paragon Hotel, Ipoh.
Both hubby and friend ordered from the same stall.
My bowl of oink oink noodle in herbal soup.
Black coffee with ice and herbal tea.
We shared these savoury pumpkin cake and yam bean dumplings.

Surely he says this for us, doesn't he?
Yes, this was written for us, because whoever plows and threshes
should be able to do so in the hope of sharing in the harvest.
(1 Corinthians 9:10, New International Version-NIV)
While waiting for our orders, we had fun taking snapshots of each other.
After our tummies have been filled, we sent our friend home.
We then drove to UTC, Ipoh to renew our road tax.
Spotted this Eid decoration at UTC, Ipoh.
Tuesday, 5th July - eve of Eid 2016 celebration.
It is a replica of a kampung house with festive decorations and complete with fencing too.
It was a good thing we decided to renew our road tax that morning. We found out that the office is only open for half a day. If we had gone in the afternoon, we would have found the office closed. The office will be closed from Wednesday to Sunday and only reopens on the next Monday.
Selamat Hari Raya to all my readers who are celebrating Eid.
A mini fountain with potted plants and cute fencing.
A close-up view of the fountain.
A short video of the mini fountain.

  12. HEY, that looks like Claire! Do you live close to her? The food looks great. And the house decoration is so cute! There is even a little person in the doorway. The fountain is WILD! I have never seen anything like it. It is so smooth, the water makes a perfect dome that looks solid.
